1. Website Usage
- Content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Unauthorized duplication or distribution of product details is prohibited. Users must comply with applicable laws when accessing our services.
2. Orders and Pricing
- Prices listed (e.g., Rs. 165 for Digital Multimeter, Rs. 450 for Soldron Soldering Set) are subject to change without prior notice. GST is applicable as per government regulations. Out‑of‑stock items such as Wire Stripper, Servo Motor, and STM32 Module will not be billed until available.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made securely through authorized channels. All invoices will reflect GSTIN: 33AISPJ1851C1ZH. Customers are responsible for confirming GST treatment before finalizing the invoice.
4. Warranty and Returns
- Electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and sensors are sold “as‑is” unless otherwise specified. Returns are accepted only for defective items within 7 days of purchase. DIY Kits and soldering sets are non‑returnable once opened.
5. Limitation of Liability
- JAY Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products such as sensors, modules, or batteries. Customers are responsible for safe handling and correct application of all components.
6. Changes to Terms
- JAY Electronics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
